Whiteside County Senior Center assists with filling out forms

The Whiteside County Senior Center will have representatives available for Circuit Breaker/Pharmaceutical Information and Homestead Exemptions during the month of February.

February:

  1. 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Fulton Fire Station
  2. 9 a.m. to noon at Morrison Methodist Church; 1-4 p.m. at Morrison Community Building
  3. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the senior center
  4. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Civic Plaza 2
  5. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the senior center
  6. 9 a.m. to noon at Prophetstown City Building; 9 a.m. to noon at Village of Albany; 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Rock Falls Living Center
  7. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the senior center; 1-4 p.m. at Morrison Community Building
  8. 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sterling Towers
  9. 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sterling Towers
  10. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the senior center
  11. 9 a.m. to noon at Erie Catholic Church
  12. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the senior center; 1-4 p.m. at Morrison Community Building
  13. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Coloma Township
  14. 9 a.m. to noon at Tampico Ambulance; 1-3 p.m. at Coventry Community Building
  15. noon to 4 p.m. at the senior center
  16. 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Christian Life Retirement Center; 1-4 p.m. at Fulton Fire Station
  17. 9 a.m. to noon at Garden Homes Community Building; 1-4 p.m. at Morrison Community Building
  18. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the senior center
  19. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the senior center

    TO AVOID A LAPS IN PHARMACEUTICAL COVERAGE YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR THESE PROGRAMS EVERY YEAR BY MARCH 31!

    We will be happy to fill out your forms at any of these sign ups. Those under 60 are welcome to come to these sign-ups as well as seniors. Under 60 will be asked for a $5 donation, otherwise Tri-County Opportunities Council can fill your application out for free. Anyone over 60 there is no fee to file their application.

    PLEASE BRING: Proof of income or your income taxes, rent information (Name address, and phone number of landlord and how much rent you paid in 2001) or your property taxes paid in 2001, and a drivers license for everyone in the household. If you don’t have a drivers license, a birth certificate or state ID will work. If you are younger than 65, we will need proof of your disability. The Whiteside County Senior Center is a member of United Way of Whiteside County.
